 Avon
Park Historical Video now on sale in the Gift Shop!
This video chronicles the first nine years of
Avon Park, from its founding by pioneer newspaper writer and
real estate salesman Oliver Crosby, to the infamous freeze that

There" format, where Mr. Graves converses from his set with
Crosby and his wife, Emma. Oliver and Emma tell their stories
about the hardships they encountered from an authentic log
cabin. This video is educational, as well as informational!
There is a quiz to test your knowledge, and additional music by
local master pianist Jeff Klein. Don't wait to pick up your copy
on DVD at our gift shop!
